Carenest Health Services is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts.
PAY:
Local Pay - $70 to $73/hr on W2.
Travelers Pay:
Taxable Amount - $39/hr on W2
Lodging Stipend - $1,100 weekly
Meals Stipend - $740 weekly
Weekly Gross - $3,400 weekly including stipend for 40 hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN-Operating Room
Location - Concord, MA 01742
Duration - 13 weeks contract
Shift - 6:30AM to 5:00PM, (4X10s), Call 2x month plus weekend call every
6th weekend.
Weekly Hours - 40 hours
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical-surgical conditions.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, including cardiac telemetry rhythms and vital signs.
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
Monitor patients for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.
Respond to emergencies, participate in rapid response situations, and provide high-quality patient-centered care.
Ensure infection prevention, fall prevention, and quality improvement initiatives are consistently followed.
REQUIREMENT:
Must have Minimum 3 years of operating room experience required
Massachusetts RN license and BLS
