Job Details
- Position Description: Provides competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards. Responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting.
- Required Qualifications: Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN or ASN) from an accredited school of Nursing; licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA or ARC); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA or ARC); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); one (1) year of nursing experience; ability to circulate for C-sections; able to triage for OB.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 48 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Current and active Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification through AWHONN or GE required. Previous labor and delivery (L&D) operating room experience required. Must be able to circulate C-section cases and triage OB patients.
- Submission: Candidates must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina and hold all required certifications at the time of application.
