Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: CA-RN (Registered Nurse), current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, 1 year of experience in operating room nursing, and ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, interpret clinical data, develop and implement individualized care plans, and educate patients and their families. The nurse will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety and quality in surgical procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring patient responses, managing discomfort, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role emphasizes professional development, team participation, and continuous improvement in patient care practices.
