Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting opportunity in a prestigious facility. This position offers a chance to work in a Magnet facility recognized for excellence in various healthcare domains.

Assignment Details

Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 3x12 Days or 4x10 Days; Shift start times may vary (either 0645-1915 or 0900-2130)
Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks, with one potential call-off per two-week period

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an Operating Room setting
Licensure: Active RN license in Alaska required for auto offer; pending licenses accepted with documentation
Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and CNOR preferred
On-call Requirements: Limited to coverage for call-offs only
Weekend Availability: Required
Floating: May float to similar units as necessary
Local Candidates: Not accepted; candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
Time Off: Must be included in submission and approved on an individual basis upon offer
