TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Libertyville, Illinois.

Beds: 12
Experience: 2 years
First-time traveler: With 2 years experience
Required Certifications: RN-BLS, ACLS (preferred)

EPIC – EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Alaris IV pump
Pyxis

Davinci SI
Patient Types:
Toddler through geriatrics. inpatient/outpatient. No cardiac or transplants. Trauma such as MVA, GSW, Ortho, ortho trauma, neuro, GYN- no deliveries unless it is an emergency, ENT, plastics, Ophthalmology, podiatry, vascular, robotics, urology, etc.
Toddler experience (preferred but not required)
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Skills required
Experience with trauma, neuro, total joints (hips/knees), craniotomies, spinal fusion, level 1 trauma experience (preferred), robotics
EPIC experience is a must
RN: Mostly circulate but can scrub (preferred)
CST: scrub cases, especially Eyes, Ortho (total joints specifically), and Spine, robotics (preferred)
Anesthesia Tech: set up equipment assist with intubations, glide scope experience, TEE probe experience, reprocessing TEE probes, set up equipment, stocks supplies, assist with room turnover
Floating: None
Scheduling:
Weekend rotation: None
No call for agency staff.
Holiday Expectations: If scheduled to work will be working
