Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) registered nurse position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing circulating duties across multiple service lines, including complex cases such as ENT, Uro, Gyn, General, Vascular, and robotic surgeries using DaVinci Xi. The position may include supporting approximately 50-65 cases daily and requires proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system conversion.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts, variable days, with start times at 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Shift start times will remain consistent per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS certification, minimum 2 years of circulating experience in an operating room setting, proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system, experience with ENT (FESS, septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngoscopy, soft tissue surgeries like thyroid/parathyroid), DaVinci Xi robotic platform experience, ability to scrub, and experience with a variety of service lines (GYN, Uro, General, Vascular, Neuro, Cardiovascular, Thoracic, Plastics, Sports Med, Kidney, ENT).
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multiple case types, strong familiarity with robotic surgeries, previous work in large hospital settings with 20+ suites and high case volumes.
• Floats: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Orientation includes 1-2 days in HR and OR leadership training (including Cerner EHR training) plus 1-2 days on the unit with a preceptor. The unit emphasizes team teaching and support, with no holiday or additional call requirements aside from weekday and weekend call. Call response time is 30 minutes, and call is scheduled by the manager.
