Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous travel experience and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Shift Details

  • Day Shift
  • 36 hours per week
  • Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 3 shifts of 12 hours each

On-Call Requirement

The Registered Nurse will participate in a rotating on-call schedule based on the unit's needs. The baseline commitment includes:

  • Approximately one on-call day every other week as backup for the night shift
  • Approximately one weekend on-call shift per month (24 hours)

Additional on-call responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to meet the operational requirements of the unit.

Qualifications

  • Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Skills and Competencies

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and excellent communication abilities. A focus on patient-centered care and a willingness to adapt to changing clinical environments are essential qualities for this role.
