Job Summary (Surgical RN – Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center, Salida, CO):

- Provide professional nursing care in the surgical department.
- Work five 8-hour shifts per week, Monday to Friday (06:30-15:00), with equitable on-call rotation among staff.
- Maintain an active Registered Nurse license (Colorado or compact state).
- Hold current certifications in CPR, ACLS, and PALS.
- Apply at least 3 years of nursing experience in a surgical or perioperative setting.
- Deliver safe, effective care to surgical patients throughout the perioperative process.
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Enjoy a work environment located in an outdoor recreational area with access to hiking, biking, skiing, and other activities.
