Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) – Day Shift

Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours per Week
- Schedule Structure: 8-hour day shifts (5 shifts per week).
- Weekend Coverage: Rotational coverage per unit operational guidelines.
- On-Call / Standby: On-call required (6 call shifts per 6-week schedule block). Strict 45-minute call-back response time requirement.
- Floating Protocol & Unit Details: Operating Room department in an acute care setting. No floating required. Coordinated perioperative intraoperative nursing care, circulating, and interdisciplinary coordination. Union Represented: California Nurses Association (CNA). EMR: Epic preferred.

Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]:
- Minimum 1 to 2+ years of dedicated Operating Room (OR) circulating/scrub nursing experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Acute care facility experience preferred.
- Epic EMR experience preferred.
On-Call Response Time Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Candidate must live or be situated within a strict 45-minute response radius when on call [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in state of practice strictly required IN-HAND at submission [HARDSTOP].
