Job Details
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with one weekend of call every 6 weeks and occasional late shifts, 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Active RN license (ND or Compact), BLS certification (AHA), minimum of 2 years of experience in general surgical cases including GYN, Urology, laparoscopic, and OR procedures, ability to work in fast-paced settings, and willingness to obtain licensure if necessary.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with large hospitals or level 2+ surgical units; prior employment with Sanford Health must be noted if applicable, with a six-month gap since last employment.
- Additional Information: Must badge in and out at the facility, wear provided scrubs, and possibly float to other units within the Fargo system. The position involves working with electronic charting systems modeled after the EPIC system, operating room equipment such as cautery and lasers, and supporting multiple campuses.
