Job Summary
Operating Room Nurse (OR) Location: Not specified. This position involves providing high-quality perioperative care in a Level II Trauma Center. The RN must have well-rounded experience across various surgical specialties, including trauma, orthopedic, neurological, and general surgery, with proficiency in advanced robotic and laparoscopic procedures.

Job Details

  • Required Qualifications: 2 years of trauma experience or orthopedic (2 years of level 1-2 trauma experience including total joints), neuro (2 years of level 2 trauma experience including craniotomies), general trauma, vascular, endovascular/hybrid, gynecology/urology, ENT/plastics, eyes, and robotics. Must have well-rounded experience in all specialties. 1 Year of Epic experience is required. Certifications needed: BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Location: Not specified. Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Schedule: 4x10 Days shifts, 0645 1715, with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DaVinci Xi and DV5 Robots, laparoscopic procedures, and adult/pediatric general cases.
  • Additional Information: Must be very comfortable in a Level 2 trauma unit, perform high acuity ortho, neuro, and general cases, and have robotic surgical experience. The candidate should possess necessary certifications, be willing to work up to four on-call shifts per month, and meet all licensure and credentialing requirements.
