Med Ninjas is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Phoenix, Arizona.
Job Summary: RN - Operating Room (OR)
- RN - OR, 2 years of experience.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operative procedures.
- Prepare and maintain a sterile environment to prevent infection.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care before, during, and after surgery.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to emergencies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all aspects of nursing care accurately and timely.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-stress situations.
- Support and educate patients and their families regarding surgical procedures and post-operative care.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience required.
Med Ninjas Job ID #15187. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
