Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) nurse in a clinical setting. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including assessment, documentation, and education for surgical patients across various procedures. The position requires clinical expertise, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to support the perioperative team in delivering high-quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, from 07:00 to 17:00.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; valid RN license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certified Operating Room (CNOR) certification; knowledge of National Patient Safety Goals; experience with surgical patient care and pre-admission testing evaluation.
• Additional Information: Demonstrates assessment skills, clinical competence, documentation accuracy, professionalism, and patient satisfaction focus. Supports patient education, safety compliance, and responds effectively during emergencies. Responsible for evaluating pre-admission testing orders and supporting care for surgical patients throughout their perioperative journey.
