- Call Requirements: One overnight trauma call (11p-7a) as needed; weekend call based on rotation
- Weekend Rotation: Approximately 1:4 to 1:5 weekends

- Work Environment: High-acuity operating room with advanced surgical technology and a team-oriented culture
Job Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- Level I trauma experience required
- Strong experience in vascular surgery, including open and endovascular cases
- Plastics surgery experience required
- CNOR preferred
- Ability to work flexible call and weekend rotations
- Team-focused, accountable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced perioperative setting
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
- Assist with vascular and plastics surgical procedures, including open and endovascular cases
- Support a variety of surgical specialties as needed, including trauma cases
- Maintain patient safety, sterile technique, and high standards of clinical care throughout the surgical process
- Respond to call requirements and contribute to weekend coverage as scheduled
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure efficient case flow
- Use Epic and specialized surgical equipment effectively in daily practice
