WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking dedicated and skilled RNs to join our Operating Room team in the vibrant community of Andover, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care functions as approved by the State of Maine Board of Nursing and WCS Healthcare Partners policies and procedures.
• Work under the supervision of the Unit Director and receive direct supervision from the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse during assigned shifts.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.

Requirements

• Current Maine RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required within 30 days of hire
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with telemetry experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must be fully vaccinated from COVID (Per State Mandate)
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
• Flexibility with working hours
