Job Description
Join a skilled surgical services team at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal, KS, delivering high-impact perioperative care across a variety of surgical cases. In this role, you will circulate OR suites, maintain strict sterile fields, and collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and scrub technicians. Requirements

At least 2 completed travel contracts in an Operating Room (OR) clinical setting

Active Kansas RN License or Compact/Multi-State RN License in hand at submission

Active AHA BLS and AHA ACLS Certifications in hand at submission

Permanent residence over 45 miles from facility and flexibility for on-call coverage

Essential circulating, sterile technique, and intraoperative safety competencies on Day 1

Preferred Qualifications

Experience circulating diverse specialty cases including general, ortho, and OB/GYN surgery

Strong familiarization with rural community hospital surgical workflows

Advanced perioperative certifications (e.g., CNOR)
