Job Details

  • Position Description: OR Nurse for the Main Operating Room at a healthcare facility.
  • Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
  • Shift Time: Nights, 8-hour overnight shifts, from 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday nights.
  • Schedule: Nights, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Valid nursing license. Experience as an OR nurse preferred but not required. Must have completed a nursing degree and hold current licensure.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior perioperative nursing experience is a plus.
  • Additional Information: Float within skillset may be required. No guaranteed hours. Previous employment with Johns Hopkins System must be verified if applicable.
