Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Evening/Night Rotator

  • Schedule: 36 Hours Per Week | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Evening/Night Rotating Shifts
    • On-Call Protocol: No on-call required.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 1 to 2+ years of dedicated Operating Room intraoperative RN experience required [HARDSTOP]. Must have demonstrated clinical proficiency in both scrub and circulating roles across core surgical specialties [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active Massachusetts State RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) certification MUST BE IN-HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION [HARDSTOP].
  • Preferred Profile Enhancements: Active CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) certification and BSN degree preferred.
