Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will deliver high-quality nursing care by effectively utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the healthcare team to uphold standards for professional nursing practice. This role requires adherence to hospital policy, mission, and established standards of practice in accordance with professional and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing care using the nursing process.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing standards.
Follow medical center policies and practices in line with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting.
Must be competent in circulating OR procedures.
Experience in Orthopedic, General, GYN, Urology, and Neuro specialties is mandatory.
Trauma Level II experience is preferred.
Current Michigan RN license is required.
BLS (AHA) certification is mandatory.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with rotational on-call duties, and the obligation to work on weekends and holidays as needed.

Additional Information

All candidates must provide a completed skills checklist within one year of application. Physical copies of certifications will be required if specified. Please ensure that the Michigan nursing license is active at the time of application.
