Job Details

• Role: Operating Room RN with a focus on Neurosurgery
• Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Neurosurgery experience required
• Location: Winchester, VA
• Schedule: Days, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 4 days per week (40 hours/week)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA only), and VA State License
• Education & Experience: Must have at least 2+ years of Neurosurgery OR experience; Epic EMR experience is required
• Responsibilities include assisting in neurosurgical procedures involving brain and spine, ensuring patient safety, and following clinical protocols.
• The unit features advanced equipment such as MAZOR robot, Stealth Navigation, O-arm, and ROSA.
• Additional requirements: Must have experience working with Epic electronic health record system.
• On-call may be required on weekends and holidays, with 6-8 calls per month.
• No float rotation required.
