Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in pediatric care to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong scrub and circulate experience, along with a background in travel nursing and at least two years of operating room RN experience.

Shift Details

  • Shift options: 4x10s or 5x8s
  • Day shifts will be from 06:45 - 17:15 or 06:45 - 15:15.

Unit Information

  • 30 Bed Operating Room Unit dedicated to pediatric patients ages newborn to 17 years.
  • Work involves general OR duties, circulating, and scrubbing for pediatric and women's specialty surgeries.

Call Requirements

  • 6-8 call shifts per month, which will be discussed during the interview.
  • Self-scheduling for weeknights and weekends with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
  • At least 2 years of Operating Room RN experience.
  • Travel experience is required; first-time travelers will not be considered.
  • Experience in pediatric settings is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications Required:
    • BLS certification.
  • Robotic surgery experience is a plus.

  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
