Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Virginia or a Compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Scrub and circulate experience required
• Experience with vascular, neuro, and da Vinci robotics preferred/required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Cerner experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, new hires, and the perioperative team

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the Operating Room and perioperative setting
• Scrub and circulate for surgical procedures as needed
• Support vascular, neuro, and robotic surgeries with confidence and precision
• Participate in call coverage, including weekend rotation
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and the surgical team to promote safe, efficient patient care
• Maintain flexibility, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment in a busy surgical environment
