• Shift: 10-hour day shift, 10:45 AM to 9:15 PM
• Schedule: Rotating days off with weekday and weekend call
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,120-$2,230
• Charting System: MEDITECH
• Orientation: 1 week on the unit

Job Requirements

• Current RN license required
• Minimum 2-3 years of Operating Room experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong experience across a variety of surgical services
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-volume, fast-moving acute care environment
• Reliable attendance, strong punctuality, and a flexible team-first mindset
• Ability to participate in rotating call coverage with a 30-minute response expectation
• Scrubbing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
• Circulate for a wide range of surgical procedures in a busy, multi-service OR
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
• Support efficient patient flow through a high-case-volume surgical department
• Participate in weekday and weekend call coverage as scheduled
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation in MEDITECH
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
• Contribute to a dependable, professional healthcare team focused on excellent patient outcomes
