Facility: BayCare, Green Bay, Wisconsin
Shift: 8-hour Day Shift
Hours: 40 hours/week
Contract: 89 weeks
Trauma Level: Level II
EMR: Epic
Parking: Free on-site
Scrubs: Provided by facility
Required Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Bariatric surgery experience is mandatory
- Robotics experience required, especially Da Vinci Xi
- First-time travelers considered upon review
- Must be able to scrub across multiple surgical specialties
Required Certifications
- CST (Certified Surgical Technologist)
- BLS

- ENT
- Plastics
- Urology
- Gynecology
- Minor vascular / endovascular procedures

Responsibilities
- Scrub for surgical procedures
- Prepare instruments and the operating room
- Assist with patient positioning
- Support sterile processing tasks
- Clean rooms and check supplies
- Assemble instruments and assist with stocking
Schedule & Call
- Day shift, 8 hours
- No call
- No regular weekend requirement listed in the main posting, but some weekends may be possible
- Some holidays may be required
- RTO maximum: 4 days, subject to manager approval
Floating
- Between the Main OR and East Side OR within the same building
- May rarely float to the West Side surgery center across town

- 19 operating rooms across two hospital locations
- Level II Trauma Center
- Level III NICU and Level III Maternity Center
- Primary Stroke Center
- Epic charting
- Alaris IV pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing
- Two 8-hour unit orientation shifts
Submission Checklist
✓ 2+ years of surgical tech experience
