  • Documentation: EPIC experience preferred
  • Orientation: Floor-specific orientation provided
  • On-Call: 2-4 call shifts in a 6-week period, including weekends and overnights

Job Requirements

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required)
  • CNOR certification preferred
  • Must be able to scrub and circulate
  • Strong experience with thoracic, trauma, neuro, spine, ortho, and robotics cases required
  • Comfort working in a high-volume surgical setting
  • EPIC experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, compassionate, and efficient perioperative nursing care as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room
  • Scrub and circulate a broad range of surgical cases
  • Support specialties including ortho, neuro, maxillofacial, ENT, plastics, vascular, colorectal, general, GYN, robotics, urology, spine, podiatry, thoracic, and breast
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team
  • Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, sterile technique, and workflow efficiency
  • Participate in on-call coverage as assigned
  • Adapt to a busy OR environment with changing case needs throughout the day
