Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join a busy, large hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple specialties, including General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Neurology, and Robotics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Operating Room environment.
• Assist in various surgical procedures across multiple specialties.
• Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of cases with professionalism.

Contract Information

Length: 13 weeks, with shifts primarily on weekdays and potential for weekend and holiday coverage as required. Currently not assigning travelers in the call rotation, but some shifts may need coverage.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in South Carolina or compact state.
• BCLS certification required.
• A minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience is preferred.
• Ability to work within a 50-mile radius rule.
• Previous travel assignment experience is required.
• Experience with the Epic electronic health record system is preferred.

Shift Details

Mid-shift: 5x8 Hours (14:30 - 23:00)
