AHS Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Saginaw, Michigan.
Submission Requirements:
• 2+ Years of RN OR Experience - [REQUIRED]
• Level 2 Trauma Experience - [REQUIRED]
• Proficient in Ortho, Vascular, Neuro, Gen/Gyn, and Urology - [REQUIRED]
• Recent travel work experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Candidates' Permanent Address ( Facility will consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction, for ONLY 1-13 week contract ) - Required
Profile Requirements:
• Work History
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the speciality (Operating Room) - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed within the last two years - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
• LARA and/or Nursys must state Active Michigan/MI License - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
