Job Summary

The RN – Surgery is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of primarily adult patients in an inpatient/operating-room environment. The RN must demonstrate clinical competence and provide effective patient care management.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
  • Current Wisconsin RN License or a multistate Nursing License from a participating NLC state
  • AHA BLS Certification or approved equivalent
  • Clinical competence in nursing practice
  • Strong patient-care management skills
  • Knowledge of nursing theory and practice
