Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent OR nursing experience required
• Strong perioperative and operating room clinical skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient advocacy skills
• Willingness to work scheduled weekends and holiday rotations

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the perioperative process
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
• Support surgeons and the surgical team during procedures
• Monitor patients closely and respond to clinical changes as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold operating room standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure efficient case flow
