Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of OR nursing experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Experience as a circulator or scrub nurse strongly preferred
• Strong skills in general trauma, orthopedics, ENT, and neuro cases
• Comfortable working in a child-and-parent care model
• Epic charting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care for pediatric surgical patients
• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of procedures, including general, ortho, ENT, eye, and neuro surgeries
• Support safe, efficient operating room workflow in a 1:1 patient ratio environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR team members
• Maintain a calm, family-centered approach to pediatric patient care
• Adapt to a modern pediatric setting with advanced equipment and resources
• Float to the main OR as needed when volume is light
