Operating Room Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Englewood, CO 80112. Englewood offers access to the Denver area, local dining, and Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle.

- Shift: 10-hour day shifts
- Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,000-$2,100
- On-Call: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM, one to two times per week; weekends as needed
- Environment: 4 operating rooms plus 1 endoscopy room
- Equipment/Systems: Stryker equipment and Meditech EMR
- Attire: Light blue OR scrubs; scrubs provided onsite
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification required
- Experience with orthopedic, spine, DaVinci, Mako, Globus, and laparoscopic procedures strongly preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced perioperative and surgical services environment
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
- Support a variety of surgical procedures, including orthopedic, spine, robotic surgery, and laparoscopic cases
- Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, and equipment for procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and promote a safe surgical environment
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure efficient patient flow
- Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled to support departmental needs
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellent patient care
