Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position requires someone who is versatile and capable of functioning in multiple areas such as Cardiovascular, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Cataracts, and ENT. The ideal candidate will have experience in both scrubbing and circulating duties.

Schedule

  • Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:15)
  • Weekends: Available, typically working every other weekend.
  • No on-call duties required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care in the operating room.
  • Assist in various surgical procedures as a scrub nurse and circulate during surgeries.
  • Collaborate effectively with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.
  • Monitor and respond to the needs of patients during surgical procedures.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse license in West Virginia or compact state required.
  • BLS certification mandatory.
  • Experience in the operating room is essential; scrub experience is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
