Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Experience with General Surgery, Plastics, ENT, Robotics, and related surgical cases preferred
• Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced surgical and perioperative setting
• Ability to support on-call needs for weekends and holidays
• Commitment to safe, patient-centered perioperative care
• Prior travel nursing or travel RN experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Operating Room setting
• Assist surgical teams with a variety of procedures and specialties
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process to ensure safety and continuity of care
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiology, and perioperative support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold sterile technique and OR best practices
• Respond appropriately to changing patient and surgical needs during procedures
• Support a collaborative surgical services team focused on quality patient outcomes
