Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) in Glendale, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to patients in the operating room setting. The RN will oversee staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, while supporting operational efficiency and resource management.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, and experience include: 1 year of experience in operating room nursing, current nursing licensure, and relevant certifications such as BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) are preferred.
• Additional Information: The Operating Room RN will assume responsibility for patient assessment, planning, and direct clinical care on a shift basis. The role includes supervising staff and assisting the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to maintain high standards of clinical practice and resource management.
