Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse – Day / Variable Shift

  • Schedule: Full-Time Contract | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week
  • On-Call Protocol [HARDSTOP]: Mandatory on-call requirements including holiday call, weekend call, and night call coverage per department schedule.
  • Assignment Duration: 12-Week Contract (09/28/202612/26/2026) | 1 Open Position.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated intraoperative Operating Room RN experience.
  • Surgical Competency Mandates [HARDSTOP]: Direct circulating and scrub experience across:
    • Laparoscopic procedures
    • Open surgical cases
    • Robotic surgical cases (da Vinci platform)
    • Specialized surgical service lines: General Surgery, Breast Surgery, and Plastic Surgery
  • Licensure Requirements [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Tennessee State RN License or active eNLC Multistate Compact RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred/required per facility policy.
