Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent operating room nursing experience
• Circulating RN experience required
• Strong understanding of surgical workflows, perioperative care, and OR patient safety practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Flexibility to support a 24-hour coverage model as needed
• Professional, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nursing support during surgical procedures as an OR Registered Nurse
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
• Maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient operating room environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative team members
• Accurately document care and procedural details in the charting system
• Follow established surgical policies, protocols, and unit guidelines
• Contribute to smooth patient flow and high standards of surgical nursing care
