The nurse will be responsible for preparing the operating room, assembling and ensuring functionality of equipment and supplies, and serving as a communication liaison to patients, families, and the surgical team. The position calls for adherence to standards and aseptic techniques, with a focus on intraoperative patient care.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts from 06:30 to 15:00, with at least 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, at least 2 years of operating room experience, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications. Certification (CNOR) preferred.
Additional Information: Candidate must reside at least 100 miles away from the assignment location. The assignment includes seven call shifts over a six-week period, with three weekend shifts and four weekday shifts. Prior experience in the operating room setting is essential for success in this role.
