Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
• Active Washington state RN license or Compact RN license accepted
• BLS and PALS required
• CNOR preferred
• Strong experience circulating in the OR
• Comfort with neuro cases, orthopedic cases, and airway emergencies
• Pediatric OR experience strongly preferred
• Epic experience preferred
• Willingness to apply for Washington licensure upon offer if not already licensed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Circulate for a variety of surgical cases across multiple specialties
• Support complex procedures involving neuro, ortho, craniofacial, ENT, ophthalmology, and other surgical services
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure smooth case flow
• Respond appropriately to airway emergencies and high-acuity intraoperative situations
• Maintain accurate documentation and support efficient use of the Epic charting system
• Contribute to a teamwork-driven environment focused on excellent patient outcomes
