Job Details
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; 2+ years of dedicated surgical experience
- Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. May require early starts at 6:00 AM, with rotating late finishes, and response to call responsibilities two days a week as first or backup. One weekend per month on call (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Position Description: Manage the sterile and non-sterile environment of the operating room, coordinate patient care, safety, and workflow across the entire perioperative period. Responsibilities include circulating with scrub and first-assist experience preferred for procedures spanning general, orthopedic, robotic, urological, OB/GYN, podiatry, ENT, and plastics. Scrubs will be hospital provided (green scrub color).
- Experience Requirement: 2 years of dedicated surgical experience with circulating and scrub roles preferred.
- Additional Information: Coverage for an 8-bed OR with specific case types including cystoscopy, endoscopy, and C-section. The candidate must be at least 50 miles from the facility and submit travel information accordingly. No floating responsibilities are required.
