Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN Circulator) – Day Shift

  • Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours Per Week
    • Call Protocol: Regularly scheduled rotational on-call for the Surgical Unit required.
    • Floating Protocol: Floating to other qualified clinical departments required (agency staff floated prior to core staff).
    • Holiday Protocol: Holiday coverage strictly required.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract | 1 Open Position | Max Submissions: 3
  • Location Region: Oregon (OR)

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

  • Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 3+ years of clinical RN experience required [HARDSTOP]. Strong OR circulating background preferred.
  • Role Scope [HARDSTOP]: Position is strictly Operating Room Circulate [HARDSTOP]. (Scrub experience is a plus).
  • EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct documentation experience in Epic EMR required [HARDSTOP].
  • State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]: Active Oregon State RN License [HARDSTOP].
  • Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
    • Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Active TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification [HARDSTOP].
    • Preferred Credentials: CNOR, Peri-op 101 completion. (Note: CRASE training required if assignment extends beyond 6 months).
