Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Scrub and circulate across a broad range of surgical specialties including Robotics, Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and Trauma
Operate and assist with Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system, functioning independently without refresher training
Fulfill on-call obligations within a 6-week matrix, with a 30-minute response time required
Participate in weekend shifts (days, evenings, or nights) and holiday coverage as needed within the 6-week matrix
Float to other areas and care for patients as needed, including those with infectious conditions
Complete required pre-start modules prior to assignment begin date
Required Qualifications
Active RN license with no license violations — no exceptions
Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
Level I Trauma experience required
Previous travel nursing experience required
Must be independently proficient in all listed surgical specialties with no need for refresher training
BLS certification through AHA or ARC only
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard rate
Preferred Experience / Skills
Familiarity with the Da Vinci 5 (DV5) robotic system in addition to the Da Vinci Xi
EPIC electronic health records experience strongly preferred
Ability to both scrub and circulate proficiently
Experience across robotic general, GYN, thoracic, and urology specialties
