Contract | 13 Weeks | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care in a surgical services / operating room setting with a 1:1 patient ratio
- Operate within a 15-bed unit, utilizing Cerner EMR
- Fulfill on-call obligations, with an expected one to two call shifts per week (8-hour call shifts)
- Float to an affiliated surgery center as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability and willingness to float to a surgery center
- Availability for on-call assignments as scheduled
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a surgical or perioperative environment
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
- Experience in scrub and/or circulating roles within the OR
