Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care across multiple OR service lines including General, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Minor Vascular, and GI
• Support OR operations across up to five active rooms, with coverage extending into evening hours as needed
• Participate in on-call coverage, including 6–8 weekday call shifts and 2 weekend call days per 8-week scheduling cycle
• Float to other departments and affiliated facilities as operationally required, based on a department-monitored rotation schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 18 months of recent, strong OR experience across multiple surgical specialties
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Ability and willingness to participate in on-call scheduling
• Ability to float to other departments and facilities as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Familiarity with a high-volume, multi-room OR environment
• Experience working across varied shift lengths and adapting to dynamic scheduling needs
