Contract | Travel | Days | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: September 22, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care to surgical patients in an acute care operating room setting
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to ensure safe and efficient patient care
- Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required by the facility
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards
- Participate in weekend rotation (every other weekend) and holiday rotation in accordance with facility scheduling policy
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to fulfill travel contract requirements, including weekend and holiday rotation
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-volume acute care or hospital-based OR environment
- Proficiency in both scrub and circulating roles
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
