Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the Operating Room setting throughout the assigned day shift
- Fulfill one weekday call shift per week as required
- Fulfill one weekend call shift per rotation as required
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective perioperative patient care
- Adhere to facility protocols, infection control standards, and surgical safety checklists
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington or compact eligibility
- Operating Room clinical experience
- Ability to fulfill on-call requirements including weekday and weekend call shifts
- Current BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior scrub or circulating experience in a surgical setting
- Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties
- CNOR certification or pursuit thereof
