Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-hour shifts, Days (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) | On-call required | Holidays required as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care within the Operating Room and GI setting across assigned shifts
- Perform circulating, scrubbing, and cleaning of scopes as required
- Adhere to floating requirements to other units as needed
- Participate in on-call coverage and holiday assignments as scheduled
- Utilize facility EMR system (Cerner) to document patient care accurately
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of GI nursing experience
- Demonstrated experience in circulating, scrubbing, and scope cleaning
- Ability to meet on-call and holiday scheduling requirements
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in an OR or GI setting
- Familiarity with large inpatient facility environments
