Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in an operating room setting
- Perform scrub and/or circulating RN duties as required by the surgical team
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and patient records
- Adhere to facility policies, sterile technique standards, and patient safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room nursing experience
- Proficiency in scrub and/or circulating roles within a surgical environment
- Ability to meet travel assignment requirements and work onsite
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-volume or acute care surgical setting
- Familiarity with a variety of surgical specialties
- CNOR certification or equivalent perioperative nursing credential
