Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Perform both circulating and scrubbing duties within the operating room across a range of surgical cases
- Provide specialized inpatient OR nursing care with a strong focus on orthopedic surgical procedures
- Support robotic-assisted surgical cases, with emphasis on da Vinci system utilization
- Assist with urological surgical procedures as needed
- Float to other facility departments or units as operationally required, within the applicable float policy guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient operating room experience
- Demonstrated experience in both circulating and scrubbing roles
- Strong orthopedic surgical background required
- Robotic surgical experience required (da Vinci preferred); urological surgical experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months required
- COVID-19 vaccination and booster required; proof must be provided at time of submission
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
- Prior experience in a teaching hospital setting
