    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Operating Room

    Location

    San Francisco, CA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days | 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM starts)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures including Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and Craniotomy
    • Perform intraoperative nursing duties for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Dental Surgery
    • Support combined Neurosurgery and Head and Neck procedures as well as free flap reconstructive cases
    • Manage both open and endoscopic surgical cases
    • Float to other affiliated facilities as needed based on departmental requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be in hand prior to start
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
    • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
    • Demonstrated ability to both scrub and circulate
    • Previous travel assignment experience
    • Teaching hospital experience required
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
    • Experience with liver transplant, kidney transplant, neurosurgery, spine, or vascular procedures
    • Familiarity with the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system
