Key Responsibilities- Perform circulating duties in the operating room throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and scrub technicians to maintain a safe and efficient surgical environment
- Ensure proper patient positioning, prepping, and draping prior to surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of intraoperative nursing care and surgical counts
- Adhere to all facility policies, sterile technique standards, and patient safety protocols
Required Qualifications- Active RN license valid in North Carolina or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of OR circulating experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week travel contract beginning in November 2026
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Familiarity with a variety of surgical specialties
- Prior travel nursing experience
